문의, 오류 제보 및 개인정보 관련 요청은 아래 이메일로 보내 주세요.
오류를 제보할 때 iPhone 모델, iOS 버전, 어디카 버전 및 발생 상황을 알려 주세요. 정확한 주차 좌표나 주소 등 민감한 위치 정보는 보내지 않아도 됩니다.
자동 주차 저장이 되지 않아요
어디카에서 자동 감지를 켜고 iPhone 설정에서 위치 ‘항상 허용’, 정확한 위치, 동작 및 피트니스 권한을 확인해 주세요. 앱 강제 종료, GPS 수신 불량, iOS 백그라운드 제한 또는 주행·하차 감지 실패로 저장이 누락될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 차 옆에 있을 때 ‘현재 위치 저장’을 이용해 주세요. 차에서 떨어진 위치를 주차 위치로 저장하지 않도록 주의해 주세요.
지하 층과 기둥 번호는 어떻게 저장하나요?
층과 기둥 번호는 직접 선택해 저장합니다. 어디카는 지하 층이나 주차 칸을 자동 인식하지 않습니다. Apple 지도 도보 길찾기는 주차장 내부 경로나 주차 칸까지의 안내를 보장하지 않습니다.
예전 주차 위치가 필요해요
‘내 주차 기록’에서 이전 저장 위치를 확인할 수 있습니다. 최신 주차 위치가 아직 확인되지 않았다면 이전 위치를 새 위치로 간주하지 말고, 차 옆에서 현재 위치를 저장해 주세요.
주차 시간과 주차요금
주차 시각과 경과 시간은 참고용입니다. 경과 시간은 10분 단위로 표시되며 실제 주차요금은 해당 주차장의 요금 기준과 정산 내역을 확인해 주세요.

사용하는 정보와 목적
어디카는 사용자가 허용한 GPS 위치, 위치 정확도, 주행·보행 상태 및 걸음 정보를 주차 위치 확인에 사용합니다. 주차 좌표·주차 시각·층·기둥 번호·이전 기록과 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. 자동 감지 문제 확인을 위한 제한된 진단 기록도 기기에 저장되며, 진단 기록에는 위치 좌표를 포함하지 않습니다.
권한과 백그라운드 동작
위치는 주차 위치 저장과 길찾기에, 동작 정보는 주행 후 하차 확인에 사용합니다. 자동 감지를 켜면 백그라운드 위치와 동작 정보를 사용할 수 있으며 배터리 사용량이 증가할 수 있습니다. 앱에서 자동 감지를 끄거나 iPhone 설정에서 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다. 회원가입, 광고 추적 및 운영자 서버로 주차 기록을 전송하는 기능은 없습니다.
사진·기준점·층 알림
선택적으로 주차 사진과 엘리베이터·출입구·계단 기준점을 해당 주차 기록에 저장할 수 있습니다. 사진은 크기를 줄이고 메타데이터를 제거해 기기에만 저장합니다. 촬영에는 카메라 권한이 필요하며, 사진 선택은 iOS 시스템 선택기를 통해 선택한 사진만 가져옵니다. 층 확인 알림은 설정에서 직접 켜고 알림을 허용해야 합니다. 자동 주차 저장 후 알림을 눌러 층을 선택할 수 있으며, 오래된 알림으로 새 기록을 변경할 수 없습니다. 층은 자동 인식하지 않으며, 집중 모드나 기기 설정에 따라 알림이 즉시 표시되지 않을 수 있습니다. 알림 거부는 주차 저장을 차단하지 않습니다. 기록 삭제·보관 한도 초과·사진 교체 시 참조되지 않는 앱 내부 사진을 정리합니다.
외부 서비스와 복사
사용자가 도보 길찾기를 누르면 선택한 주차 좌표가 Apple 지도에 전달됩니다. Apple 지도의 정보 처리에는 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다. 위치 복사를 누르면 주차 정보가 기기의 클립보드에 복사됩니다. 이후 붙여넣기와 공유 여부는 사용자가 결정합니다.
보관과 삭제
주차 기록은 최근 100개, 진단 기록은 최근 120개 범위로 기기에 보관합니다. 앱의 저장 위치 삭제 기능으로 현재 저장 위치와 해당 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 현재 버전에서는 과거 기록을 개별 삭제하는 기능이 제공되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 앱의 로컬 데이터가 제거됩니다. iOS 백업·복원에 포함된 데이터는 사용자의 기기 설정과 Apple의 백업 관리 방식에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 어디카 자체의 별도 클라우드 동기화 기능은 없습니다.

For support, bug reports or privacy requests, contact shrimpsoftware@icloud.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and the problem. You do not need to include precise coordinates or addresses.
Parking detection
Automatic detection requires Always location access, Precise Location and Motion & Fitness permission. Poor GPS reception, force-quitting, background restrictions or missed driving and walking signals can prevent saving. If detection fails, save your current location only while next to your car. Floors and pillar numbers are selected manually. Apple Maps does not guarantee indoor or parking-bay navigation. Parking time is informational and does not calculate fees.
Information and permissions
WhereCar uses permitted GPS locations, accuracy, driving and walking activity and step information to identify parking. Parking coordinates, timestamps, floor and pillar selections, history and preferences are stored on your device. Limited diagnostics are stored locally without location coordinates. Background detection may use location and motion information and increase battery use. You can disable detection in the app or revoke permissions in iOS Settings. The app has no account requirement, advertising tracking or operator-server upload of parking records.
Photos, landmarks and floor reminders
Optional parking photos and elevator, entrance or stairs landmarks are linked to the selected parking record and stored on the device. Photos are resized and metadata is removed. Camera access is requested for capture; the iOS photo picker provides only the photo you select. No photo is uploaded to the operator. Enable Parking floor reminder in Settings and allow notifications to receive a local reminder after an automatic parking save. Tap it to choose the floor manually. Old notifications cannot change a newer parking record. Focus settings and iOS scheduling may delay delivery. Denying notifications does not block parking saves. Unreferenced app photo files are removed when records are deleted, reach the retention limit, or photos are replaced.
External services
When you request walking directions, the selected parking coordinates are passed to Apple Maps, governed by Apple's privacy policy. Copying parking information places it on your device clipboard; any subsequent sharing is your choice.
Retention and deletion
The app retains up to 100 recent parking records and 120 diagnostic entries on your device. Deleting the current parking location removes that location and its matching history entry. Individual deletion of older entries is not available in this version. Deleting the app removes its local data. Data in iOS backups or restored backups depends on your device settings and Apple's backup management. WhereCar provides no separate cloud synchronization service.
